wide range of applications including punching, shearing, notching, bending,
forming and pressing. Works in any shop, plugs into any standard 110 volt
outlet.
- Punching Station - 40 Tons: The METALpro 4000 is supplied punch
ready with die holder, stripper, and punch retaining nut. The punch
station can be used with the 1/4" x 1 3/4" x 2" notcher, 1" square
notcher and custom shape punching and forming operations. The punch ram
and retaining nut are heat treated and ground for long life. Punch
capacity is 1" diameter in 3/8" steel.
- Shear handles flat bar (3/8" x 4" to 1/4" x 6"), 3/4" round, 5/8"
square, and angles to 1/4" x 3" x 3", in one quick set up. All wear
parts and blades made from high grade tool steel, heat treated and
ground.
- The large 11" x 16" power cavity can handle 20 tons centered and 40
tons at the punch. It is designed to work with a variety of METALpro
accessories including the 3 in 1 shear, 8" brake, punch station and
notchers to perform pressing, shearing, forming, bending, punching and
notching operations.
