do...just as fast and just as accurate. All in one "Fabrication Shop" offers
wide range of applications including punching, shearing, notching, bending,
forming and pressing. Works in any shop, plugs into any standard 110V 20 Amp
outlet.
- Punching Station - 45-Tons. The MP 4500FS is
supplied punch ready with die holder, stripper, and punch
retaining nut. The punch station can be used with the 1/4" x 1
3/4" x 2" notcher, 1" square notcher and custom shape punching
and forming operations. The punch ram and retaining nut are heat
treated and ground for long life. Punch capacity is 1 1/4"
diameter in 3/8" steel.
- Shear handles flat bar (3/8" x 6" to 1/4" x
8"), 3/4" round, 5/8"
square, and angles to 1/4" x 4" x 4", in one quick set up. All wear
parts and blades made from high grade tool steel, heat treated and
ground.
- The large 11" x 16" power cavity
delivers 25 tons at the shear. The convenient outboard punching
station delivers 45 tons at the punch. It is designed to work
with a variety of MP accessories including the 3 in 1 shear, 12"
brake, round, square and oblong punches and notchers to perform
pressing, shearing, forming, bending, punching and notching
operations.

Available in round, square, oblong, and a variety of custom
shapes. Made from heat treated tool steel. Easy resharpening for
long life. |
Notcher:
The heavy duty notcher can be used to make 1/4" x 1 3/4" x 2"
notches. The attachment can be easily bolted into the punch
station by removing the stripper and die holder and replacing it
with the notcher. |
Brake:
The 12" brake accessory can be quickly bolted into the power
cavity, in less than one minute. It will bend shapes up to 1/4"
thick with 25 tons of pressing power. |
Pipe Notcher:
Notches pipe for perfect fit up every time. Housing and standard
dies available for 1/2", 3/4", 1", 1 1/4", 1 1/2", and 2"
schedule 40 pipe. Other optional sizes available. |
