- Cabinet
constructed of 14 and 11 gauge steel. All seams butt welded to prevent leakage.
- Fluorescent
lighting located outside work area of cabinet allows more room for parts. This also
eliminates damage to bulbs from blasting.
- Heavyweight
cloth lined neoprene gloves.
- Complete
dust collector system.
- Easy
to change window with inexpensive window protection
- Expanded
steel reinforced work surface.
- Full
width opening on all flip top and counter balance units.
- Hopper
trap door for easy media changes and cleaning.
- Air
pressure regulator and gauge. This controls pressure to gun allowing flexibility in
finishes.
- Foot
pedal operated blast gun, your choice 12 or 25 C.F.M.
- Door
safety switch. Designed to automatically shut off air flow when cabinet is opened.
- Tungsten
carbide blast nozzle. Far greater life than ceramic or steel nozzles.
Approximately 200 hours with aluminum oxide.
